Quickship Program

Many of our manufacturers offer a wide variety of quality products on a rapid lead time basis.  Lead times begin on the date of acknowledgement and have limitations as noted.  Existing credit accounts or deposits in full are necessary for Quickship production. Please contact your local representative for further details.

Offers 3 Quickship Programs:
Lead Time (in working days)

  • 5 Day:  Pedestals, Standard Lateral Files, Standard File Centers, Center Drawers.
  • 10 Day:  All other products- All Freestanding desking components, cushion mobile pedestals and cushion mobile file centers (standard fabric and/or after receipt of COM fabric), bookcases, specialty lateral files, double door cabinets, overhead cabinets and shelves, wardrobe towers, pedestal towers.
  • 20 Day: Freestanding Desks and Tables with urethane edge worksurfaces.

    Color classification lead times (see spec guide for more details.
    Standard Colors- See standard lead times listed above.
    Select Colors- Minimum of 10 working days.
    Custom Colors- Minimum of 15 working days (all products).

Loewenstein will deliver on or before 12 business days from receipt of a credit-approved order that is clearly marked "Quickship".  Statutory holidays and scheduled factory vacations may add to the acknowledged lead times of the Quick Ship orders.  Available factory capacity for Quick Ship is filled by orders received on a "first come, first served" basis.  If the normal Quick Ship lead time is not available for your orders because available capacity has been filled, you will be immediately advised. Quick Ship orders must be "clean" when received in order to be considered officially received on a given day, and lead times will be acknowledged from the date orders are determined to be "clean".  Changes to Quick Ship orders are not allowed under any circumstances.  Note: Maximum order: 30 chairs, 15 lounge and 15 tables.

Items ordered for delivery under Loewenstein's Quick Ship program must be clearly designated on customer's purchase order by placing the letters QS in front of the model number.  NOTE: add Quick Ship to the top of the order to qualify,  Orders not clearly marked will be processed through normal channels and standard lead times will apply.

Quickship items are available in standard Loewenstein wood finishes.  Orders requiring special quotes or special modifications are not eleigible for Quick Ship.
COM: Lead times begin upon arrival of COM.

Note: Planned shipping dates may be delayed due to fires, strikes, natural disasters or other causes beyond our control.  If your order cannot be filled, we will advise you immediately.  Ability to fulfill Quick Ship lead times are subject to the availability of inventory.  For questipns on availability, please contact customer service at 800.327.2548.

Specific items from each of our collections  are available as Quick Ship.  Please check the price book for the "Q" to determine.  All Quickship orders must contain Quick Ship  product ONLY.  Orders should be separated and submitted accourding to lead time.  Orders must contain Quick Ship code "QS" or have designated Quick Ship lead time to ensure correct order entry.  Orders that contain multiple lead time products will be entered as one order and scheduled with the most extended lead time.





     

5 Day- 25 Unit maximum for the following products:  Bounce-no chrome, Click, Rhythm, Swing+, Vibe, Welcome*, Zephyr*.

10 Day- 25 unit maximum for the above listed products in Leather upholstery.

  • *Welcome and Zephyr stools are not available on quickship, nor are Welcome chairs on casters.
  • Quickship Fabrics: Specific colors from: Maze, Sphere and Rhapsody patterns. 
  • In-Graded Fabrics: Stylex has in-graded a large number of fabrics from Designtex, Knoll, Maharam, and Momentum.  All in-graded fabrics are available under this quickship program according to the applicable quantity restrictions based on models ordered and availability of fabric.  However, the quickship clock will not start until the day after the required fabric has been received in-house. 
  • Quickship Colors/Finishes: Polyproylene Colors- VIBE (Ebony, Dress Blue, Sangria,  Armadillo) RHYTHM (All colors). ZEPHYR MESH: Black, Platinum. Wood finishes: WELCOME (Natural Maple 01) Frame Finishes: Powder Coat Paints- Textured Black (TB), Textured Gray (TG), Textured Khaki (TK), Glossy Black (GB). Chrome- Vibe, Rhythm, Zephyr, Welcome.
  • Quickship Leathers: Grade W- Renaissance Leather (Onyx 4550).  Grade X- Serena Leather (Deep Black 82, Espresso 1004, Saddle 06, Khaki 3304) Grade Y- Caressa Leather (Onyx 921).
  • General Information: Quickship orders may not be cancelled after the day they are placed.  Please be sure to mark all qualifying orders as Quickship.  Orders not so marked will be shipped according to our prevailing lead time for non-quickship items.
